Originally launched in 2018, Ripple was designed from the ground up to replace a fragmented legacy system and to streamline daily operations across all business units. US Aggregates had been relying on a legacy ticketing system called Quest, which was siloed, outdated, and limited in scope. Our goal was to build a solution that would not only modernize their operations but integrate data across departmentsโproviding a clear, real-time snapshot of business performance.
Ripple now serves as the centralized hub for US Aggregates, with four core modules tailored to key functional areas:

- Production
- Dispatch & Logistics
- Accounting & Finance
Each module is equipped with dynamic dashboards, allowing teams to manage inventory, monitor KPIs, and generate accurate forecastsโall in real time.

To extend the power of Ripple beyond the office and into the field, we developed a mobile app designed specifically for drivers and dispatch teams. The Ripple mobile app simplifies the logistics workflow by automating communication and reducing manual tasks.
When a driver approaches a Ripple-enabled site, the app uses geofencing to notify dispatchers and clerks of their arrivalโno check-in or calls needed. This real-time visibility allows site staff to stay informed and focused without micromanaging the process.
Once on-site, drivers receive a list of available loads directly on their phone. They select the appropriate ticket, head to the designated pile, and get loaded. As they leave and cross the scale, they confirm the product and destination, and a ticket is automatically printedโno paperwork, no waiting.
