When a driver approaches a Ripple-enabled site, the app uses geofencing to notify dispatchers and clerks of their arrival—no check-in or calls needed. This real-time visibility allows site staff to stay informed and focused without micromanaging the process.

Once on-site, drivers receive a list of available loads directly on their phone. They select the appropriate ticket, head to the designated pile, and get loaded. As they leave and cross the scale, they confirm the product and destination, and a ticket is automatically printed—no paperwork, no waiting.
