Newmeasures develops and administers simple, reliable surveys that help companies improve employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. Newmeasures customized surveys reveal how employees feel about their workplace, their manager’s abilities, and the overall organization effectiveness.

We designed and developed an end-to-end employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness Survey Management solution. The Smart Client system replaced in-house MS Excel and MS Access systems and a 3rd-party survey management solution. The Smart Client solution is built on MS SQL Server 2008, .NET Smart Client, ASP.NET Browser interface, and SQL Server Reporting Services.
