PCA designed and developed a sophisticated Supply Chain management suite for Pepsi International beverage and snack, that includes: Sales Forecasting, Days-of-Supply, Inventory, Deployment and Production Scheduling.  The Smart Client solution replaced hundreds of Excel spreadsheets, and provides Pepsi with a systematic approach to effectively balance product manufacturing, warehousing and distribution with sales projections.

IMG serves the North American retail and wholesale trades, and assists clients with importing everyday and seasonal items from source countries in Asia and Europe.

PCA designed and developed a custom Smart Client solution that streamlined a complex end-to-end order, shipping and invoicing import process for over 4,000 SKUs from multiple suppliers. The new solution replaced a number of spreadsheets and inefficient manual processes, and included direct, secure access to the system by IMG vendors and customers.
